All incoming transfer students, who will be living on campus, will complete their housing profile and application using our online tool, eRezlife.
If you are starting your Marywood academic career in the Spring 2026 semester and need On-Campus housing please complete the Spring 2026 Housing Application in eRezLife. Housing & Residence Life will assign students to available housing and students will be notified via their Marywood email through eRezLife.
Housing Applications for Transfer Students for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Academic Year will open on April 1, 2026.
In your eRezLife Housing Application, you will be able to complete a roommate preference form, indicate who you would like to live with, and/or make a “roomeez” profile. This process allows you to answer questions about yourself and to select roommate preferences, so that you can meet and be matched with fellow Pacers! As You connect with other future Pacers you can go into your eRezlife portal and create roommate groups.
Housing assignments will be sent via eRezLife in mid-June to your Marywood email, so please make sure you are checking your Marywood email often for information from Housing & Residence Life outlining the process and for other important dates!
In order to receive priority placement Housing Applications MUST be completed and the Room Reservation Fee MUST be paid by June 12, 2026.

Once your assignment is received, it is highly recommended that roommates contact one another prior to move-in to plan and coordinate what they will bring to campus.
All resident students are required to maintain a Meal Plan. Residential students who do not actively select a meal plan will be assigned the PacerGreen Plan by default. This can be changed during the first two weeks of the semester.
