Residential Living

Some call living on campus "the total college experience."
We agree.

When you live on campus, you participate in activities, develop new friendships, and learn more about yourself and others. Living on campus complements your classroom experiences and will better prepare you for life after Marywood.

Becoming a Residential Student

Looking to move on campus for the Spring 2023 Semester?

Housing Placement for students wishing to become residents for the upcoming Spring 2023 Semester is taking place now. Please send an e-mail to reslife@marywood.edu to advise us you are looking to move into on-campus housing, and provide us details as to which residence(s) you would prefer to live in (placements will be made as space allows) and your meal plan selection (Woodlands residents may opt out of a meal plan).

Marywood University Residency Requirements

All unmarried, full-time students are required to reside in University housing during their first two years of enrollment, unless they are at least 21 years of age and/or living with their parent or guardians in their primary family homes within a 50-mile radius of the University's campus.

Housing Accommodations for Students with Disabilities

In support of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Fair Housing Act, students requesting specific housing and/or dining accommodations should contact Disability Services. The staff in Disability Services, Housing and Residence Life, and Dining Services will work with each student to determine the most appropriate accommodations on an individualized basis.
