When a building is ordered to be evacuated for any reason, occupants will be instructed to follow specific life safety guidelines, not to use elevators, and to evacuate by the nearest, safest point of egress. McCarty Hall, located at the College Avenue entrance to the campus, presently serves the IHM Sisters' Annunciation Community as a formation house for IHM candidates and novices. Built in 1941, this two-story Colonial house was a management house for the Home Economics Department and served as specialty housing for various student populations from 1982 until it became an IHM formation house in 2019.

The Sette LaVerghetta Center for Performing Arts is a three-story structure located on the western edge of campus that houses the Music, Theatre, & Dance (MTD) department within the Insalaco College of Arts and Sciences.
