GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Coordinator for International Partnership Programs supports the implementation and ongoing management of Marywood University's strategic global partnerships. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Global Initiatives & Programs, the Coordinator serves as a primary administrative and operational liaison among designated international partner institutions, students, faculty, and internal campus units.
The position ensures seamless processes for the recruitment, admissions, onboarding, enrollment, academic support, and ongoing engagement of students participating in Marywood’s international partnership programs, including dual-degree pathways and other international cohort programs.
The Coordinator oversees logistical planning, maintains accurate partnership program records, tracks student progress, assists in compliance-related processes, and contributes to communication, outreach, and relationship management efforts with international partners.
The coordinator promotes student success, institutional compliance, and strong collaborative relationships across campus offices including the Registrar, Finance, Enrollment Management, Student Life, and University PDSO/DSO staff, while maintaining high attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and operational excellence.

Partnership Program Administration
- Serve as the central point of contact for designated international partnership programs.
- Coordinate admissions workflows for partnership applicants including application tracking, document collection, and admissions decision processing.
- Maintain current information on partnership program requirements, pathways, and expectations.
- Assist with faculty and partnership contracts and agreement tracking.
- List and maintain courses on the master schedule.
- Submit and maintain calendar items for international academic terms.
Student Services & Support
- Facilitate the transition of partnership students by coordinating with campus offices and providing referrals to university resources and policies.
- Register international partnership students for approved courses.
- Maintain accurate rosters and enrollment records.
- Maintain electronic student files, syllabi, and academic documentation.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as a liaison between Marywood University and international partner institutions.
- Draft and distribute communications to students, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, webinars, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing organized updates and reports for partnership representatives.
- Collaborate on new faculty onboarding.
Logistics & Program Operations
- Organize travel arrangements for visiting delegations and faculty exchanges.
- Support planning and execution of partner campus visits, ceremonies, academic workshops, and intercultural events.
- Coordinate onsite and off-site graduation ceremonies, and necessary documents.
- Track program deadlines, timelines, and operational deliverables.
- Support administrative operations for faculty and staff within partnership programs.
- Generate and process part-time and overload faculty contracts; serve as the primary interface for adjunct instructors.
- Supports the administrative and logistical operations of the faculty and staff within the international partnership program area.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate databases of partnership students and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA, USCIS, and university data standards.
- Generate reports for accreditation, institutional assessment, and program evaluation.
- Assist with enrollment forecasting, trend analysis, and program review.
Compliance & Documentation
- Works with partners to collect course evaluations and archive syllabi.
- Support visa and immigration-related coordination with the University Registrar/PDSO office.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies, partnership agreements, and international education best practices.
- Maintain awareness of global mobility regulations and higher education compliance standards.
Collaboration & Campus Engagement
- Serve as a liaison with other university offices to resolve administrative and/or operational issues.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through supportive services and culturally responsive engagement.
- Foster a welcoming environment for international students both virtually and on campus.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in higher education, international programs, admissions, or administrative coordination.
- Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- The Coordinator should be eligible to serve as a liaison and possible Designated School Official (DSO) and collaborates closely with the Principal Designated School Official (PDSO) and the Registrar’s Office to ensure compliance with SEVIS and federal immigration regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, International Education, or a related field.
- Experience with global partnerships or international admissions.
- Familiarity with international credential evaluation.
- Prior study abroad or international work experience.
- Experience with CRM (Slate Preferred) and student information systems.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events, international meetings, or visiting delegations.
- Valid passport and ability to travel domestically or internationally, if needed.
- Knowledge of world education systems, global mobility trends, or international student advising practices.
- Fluency or proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, Korean) preferred but not required.

35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day
