Message from the Provost

Welcome to the Provost’s page! Inspired by our founders and sponsors, the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Marywood prepares students to lead and to look for sustainable solutions for the common good. While we don’t know what the future will bring, a liberal arts education in one of our programs will help you face the unknown confidently and thrive.

Marywood University offers over 80 undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs, taught by accomplished faculty in the Insalaco College of Arts and Sciences, the Reap College of Professional Studies, and the College of Health and Human Services, within a vibrant and supportive campus environment. I invite you to investigate our programs as you consider what “you plan to do with your one wild and precious life.”*

Marywood’s mission is to empower people through education; the skills and knowledge you’ll gain will help you succeed in rapidly changing workplaces, serve your communities, and live responsibly in our interdependent world.

Within Academic Affairs, you also will find expert staff dedicated to your success in the offices of Global Education, Student Success, Institutional Equity and Inclusion, Library Services, Professional Continuing Education, and more. Please explore our programs; we look forward to hearing from you and helping you chart your path to achieving your academic and professional goals.

Dr. Christina A. Clark
