Mike is a higher education professional with over 18 years of experience in international education. He specializes in the strategic development and management of education abroad and international exchange programs. His expertise includes developing semester-length and short-term programs, cultivating international partnerships, integrating curricula, assessing global learning, and implementing systems and policies to ensure high-quality, academically rigorous international experiences.
He holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Kent State University. His academic interests revolve around the role of international education in enhancing student learning, shaping institutional strategy, and promoting global engagement. Having studied abroad at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Argentina, Mike is committed to campus internationalization efforts by developing and promoting transformative international educational experiences for Marywood students.
