Prior to joining Marywood, Dr. Schramm held leadership roles in institutional effectiveness and research, where she led the development of assessment frameworks, guided strategic planning, and advanced data governance initiatives to support evidence-based decision-making. She has collaborated closely with faculty and administrative leaders to strengthen outcomes assessment, align planning and budgeting processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Dr. Schramm has significant experience in accreditation, having served as an Accreditation Liaison Officer for nine years, and as a peer evaluator for both the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). She has presented at professional conferences on assessment, institutional effectiveness, and data-informed leadership.
She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Franklin University and an MBA from Lehigh University. Her professional background also includes experience in data analytics and technology, with certifications in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce solutions development.
Dr. Schramm is an eight-year USAF/PaANG veteran, an experience that informs her leadership approach, emphasizing discipline, adaptability, and mission-driven collaboration.
