Addie Kresge is a higher education professional with experience in student engagement, campus programming, orientation, and enrollment communications. Her work focuses on creating welcoming and engaging experiences that help students build connections, develop leadership skills, and feel a strong sense of belonging within the university community.
In her role as Associate Director of Orientation Programs at Marywood University, Kresge helps coordinate orientation initiatives designed to support new students as they transition into the Marywood community. She collaborates with campus partners and student leaders to develop programs that introduce students to campus resources, traditions, and opportunities for involvement, helping to create meaningful first impressions that set the tone for student success.
Prior to joining Marywood, Kresge served as Activities Coordinator in the Office of Student Development at Wilkes University, where she advised student leaders, coordinated campus events, and supported initiatives focused on student belonging and leadership development. She also worked in enrollment communications at King’s College, contributing to strategic messaging and recruitment events.
Kresge holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. A native of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, she enjoys cooking and baking, staying active, and spending time with her husband, RJ, and their dog, Remi.
