5th Annual Snowball Roll
Marywood University’s campus ministry office is sponsoring its 5th Annual Snowball Roll, a fundraising and community building event to benefit the alternative break service trip program, on Wednesday, February 9, at 1 p.m., in the Fireplace Lounge, Nazareth Student Center, on the University’s campus.
Participants can purchase “Snowballs” for $2 for a chance to win. At the event, plastic (numbered) snowballs are rolled down a ramp-style path. The first 30+ balls that cross the finish line are selected to win prizes, which have been donated by trip participants and campus offices and departments. This year’s prizes will feature Yeti & Dunkin Donuts tumblers, an air fryer, Nike apparel, and gift cards to numerous local restaurants & stores.
This year, 25 Marywood students will participate in the Alternative Break Service Trips to Tennessee in March and to Guatemala in June.
To purchase snowballs, please email alternativebreak@m.marywood.edu, or purchase directly in the campus ministry office. Participants do not need to be present to win.
