Coffee & Conversations, along with the Forms & FAQs Fair, offers a relaxed, fair-style atmosphere where guests can check in, grab a cup of coffee, and visit tables to complete required paperwork at their own pace. It’s a casual space for meaningful conversations, community connections, and helpful information.

Pacer Prep: Technology, Tools & Resources (Swartz B): Get connected and set up for success before classes begin! This session will guide you through important systems, requirements, and resources you’ll use as a Marywood student. Learn how to navigate your MarywoodYOU Portal, access Office 365, submit required health forms, and find important links and campus resources. This session is designed to help you feel confident and prepared before the semester begins! Offices Represented: Academic Success, Admissions, Health Services & IT

If I Knew Then What I Know Now: Student Panel (Marian Chapel): Connect with current Marywood students as they share their experiences, lessons learned, and advice for navigating your first semester. You’ll gain practical tips, helpful insights, and reassurance to feel more prepared, supported, and confident as you begin your journey as a Pacer. Facilitated by Student Orientation Leaders

Understanding Financial Aid & Your Bill: What Students and Supporters Should Know

This session provides a clear overview of the financial aid process to help students and their families better understand how to fund a college education. Learn how the FAFSA works, the types of aid available, and how to interpret your financial aid award package. We’ll also cover key deadlines, maintaining eligibility, payment options, and tips for managing college costs responsibly. Whether you’re just getting started or need a refresher, this session will help you feel informed and confident in your financial decisions.
