Stephanie has been a proud student of Marywood University. She completed her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree at Marywood University and is working toward completing her PhD in the Leadership and Administration Studies Program. For the past ten years, Stephanie has been working in many different areas of nutrition, including clinical, food service management, government nutrition programs, and the Women’s, Infants and Children (WIC) Program, where she was a Dietetic Internship Director. In 2022, Stephanie was awarded the Leadership Award for her work on a Registered Dietitian Recruitment and Retention Task Force for the National WIC Association. Stephanie was on the cross country as an undergraduate student and was awarded the Colonial States Athletic Conference Twenty-fifth Anniversary Award. Stephanie holds multiple fitness certifications and is a 500-hour yoga instructor. She spends her free time running, biking, hiking, and paddle boarding with her family.
