A Marywood Alumna, Mona (Ramona) DelSole brings her unique experience as a former graduate student and extensive professional experience into the classrooms of the School of Business and Global Innovation at her alma mater. DelSole has worked as a member of the adjunct faculty for nearly 25 years. Over the course of that time she has made strides in acquiring an extensive background in business leadership and development. DelSole owns and operates her own consulting firm, Mona DelSole LLC, a leadership development, training and coaching company. DelSole has certificates in positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, attained her bachelor’s degree in communication and English from Kutztown University. She attended Marywood after meeting with Dr. Alice McDonnell, Professor and Program Director of the Health Services Administration & Gerontology Programs at Marywood. She enrolled in the Masters of Public Administration program, was awarded a graduate assistantship, was the recipient of the Walden Medal for Excellence in Management/Administration and received her Master's Degree in 1995.
