Christina Car Gigler, MSW, LCSW, ACSW is an Assistant Professor of Practice & Coordinator of the Lehigh Valley MSW Program at Marywood University, PA. She has extensive social work practice experience in inpatient and outpatient child welfare and mental health care settings. She has developed and facilitated local, regional, state and national presentations on topics of clinical supervision, field instruction, crisis intervention, social media, self-care and ethics. She is a past Board Member of NASW-PA and past Chair of NASW-PA Eastern Division. She is a current member of the NASW-PA Ethics Committee and Eastern Division Steering Committee. She also is serving in volunteer leadership roles with the Pennsylvania Association of Social Work Education (PASWE) and Resilient LV with the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley.
