Dr. Christina Brundage is the Director of Career Development at Marywood University in Scranton, PA where she has overseen the services of the Career Development Center since 2016. Besides her main specialization in assisting students with reaching their professional goals, Dr. Brundage is also an experienced researcher with a focus on improving supportive programming for diverse college student populations. Her most recent publication focused on exploring the career development and barriers that racial/ethnic minority students face while attending a primarily white institution of higher education. Additionally, Dr. Brundage is a faculty member of the university where she teaches graduate level courses within the Higher Education Administration Program, the Public Administration Program, and within the Doctoral Program for Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies. Outside of work, Dr. Brundage enjoys spending time with her two children, Hailey and Liam, and husband, Phillip. She appreciates the great outdoors and likes to find time for reading, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and running.
