The Kitchen consists of an entree, grill, and ethnic station. The Made Without Gluten station offers simple meals made with gluten-free ingredients and also offers vegan items. The Grill prepares burgers and many of your grill-top favorites. The Ethnic station serves up cuisines from cultures all around the world. My Pantry presents a home away from home environment including fresh brewed coffee, cereal dispensers, and fresh made items prepared just like home. The Trattoria offers favorites, such as pizzas, pastas, and casseroles. The Baker's Crust delivers freshly made wraps, paninis, and sandwiches. The Fresh Market station offers a daily salad bar as well as a specialty salad bar, four soups (1 vegan and 1 vegetarian,) different types of fruit, desserts, pastries and much more.
Lunch: Monday-Friday 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Dinner: Sunday-Saturday 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Brunch: Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Door Rate for Nazareth Dining Hall: $15 per person for any meal.
