Marywood University Severe Weather Policy and Compressed Schedule
Although Marywood University is committed to keeping its campus open at all times, inclement weather may result in class and event delays or cancellations. Members of the Marywood community should rely on the following sources for official announcements:
Typically, Marywood delays the start of classes until 10:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m./Noon.
If it is determined that a delay of classes until 11:30 a.m. or later is warranted, the regular class schedule for the day will be in effect for the remainder of the day. Evening classes with a start time of 4:00 p.m. or later are not reflected in the compressed schedule.
If it is determined that a delay of classes until 10:00 a.m. is warranted, the University will follow a compressed schedule.
