Special Education
Special Education is a high-demand area of education that uses specialized instructional methods, materials, learning aids, and equipment to meet the educational needs of children with special needs.
Do you have an interest in working with children with special needs?
Would you like to better understand these students?
The Special Education program is fully online (with just a school-based internship) to accommodate this specialized training for teachers within your daily schedule.
If you do not currently hold teacher certification, you can become certified to teach Special Education with our program for initial certification. It is described at M.A.T. Special Education certification.
