Loughran Hall

1st-year Residence Hall

Loughran Hall is a residence facility for freshmen. Its rooms are suites with shared bathrooms. The hall includes study and TV lounges on every floor.

Student Health Services is located on the first floor of Loughran Hall.

Madonna Hall

Upperclassmen Residence Hall

Madonna Hall houses male and female upperclass students in 2-4 person suites with shared bathrooms. A limited number of single rooms are also available.

Madonna Hall features:

  • Study and community lounges on every floor
  • Media room with a movie screen and theater-style seating
  • Large shared kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and other appliances.

Regina Hall

Regina Hall has a community lounge, kitchenettes, and quiet study areas. The second floor has a large lounge with a TV, fireplace, and plenty of comfortable furniture.

The Liguori Center, located on the first floor, is used for conferences and receptions.

Marywood University Residency Requirements

All unmarried, full-time students are required to reside in University housing during their first two years of enrollment, unless they are at least 21 years of age and/or living with their parent or guardians in their primary family homes within a 50-mile radius of the University's campus.

Housing Accommodations for Students with Disabilities

In support of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Fair Housing Act, students requesting specific housing and/or dining accommodations should contact Disability Services. The staff in Disability Services, Housing and Residence Life, and Dining Services will work with each student to determine the most appropriate accommodations on an individualized basis.
