Mission Statement

The mission of Housing and Residence Life is to provide a safe, conducive living and learning environment that supports students' academic and personal development goals, while intentionally fostering a sense of community, civic responsibility, and an appreciation for diversity.

Desired Learning Outcomes:
  • Students will seek ways to get involved in their residential community.
  • Students will interact with others in a civil manner.
  • Students will participate in programs planned with their education and social needs in mind.

Meet the Residence Directors

Julia headshotErin Bankert

Residence Director; Woodlands Apartments and Regina Hall

Erin is the Residence Director of the Woodlands and Regina Hall. She earned her Bachelors of Interior Architecture from Marywood University. During her undergraduate studies, Erin was a part of Marywood's Housing and Residence Life Team as a Resident Assistant for three years. Erin is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Interior Architecture.

Residence Director; Madonna Hall

La'Bri earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Grambling State University in Louisiana. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D). La'Bri's passion is helping those who do not know how to help themselves while improving their quality of life, and to be an advocate for Mental Health awareness.

Lauren Kline

Residence Director; Loughran Hall

Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy with a minor in Ceramics from Marywood University. Lauren has been a part of Housing and Residence Life for 3 years as a Resident Assistant. She is currently working on finishing her Master of Arts in Ceramics and also starting her Master's in Higher Education Administration at Marywood University.

Julia Polt

Student Support Coordinator

Julia received her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a Minor in Counseling from Marywood in 2022. Following this, she began her doctorate degree (PsyD) at Marywood where she is currently in her 2nd Year. Throughout her time as a Pacer, she has spent 4 years as a member of Housing and Residence Life. She hopes to use her knowledge and skills in her role as the Student Support Coordinator to assist students as they navigate their college experience.
