An official transcript is the University's certified statement of your academic record. The official transcript is printed on security sensitive paper and contains the University seal and signature of the University Registrar. An official transcript is sent directly to the school district, business, etc. indicated by the student. An unofficial student copy may be send directly to the student upon request. For your protection we will not release an official transcript without your signature. A transcript form (or letter) should be submitted for each transcript requested. Marywood University will not forward the transcript of any student who has a financial indebtedness to the university.
Transcripts are $5.00 for each copy. Processing time for all requests, unless expedited handling is requested, is two business days from receipt of request plus U.S. mailing time. A fee of $10.00 per transcipt is charged for expedited handling plus the additional cost of express mail, Fedex, etc. if requested. Expedited handling can only be accomodated during non-peak periods and requests must be received before noon for same day service.
Requests will not be accepted through e-mail.
Official transcripts cannot be distributed by fax.
