Casey is the Nutrition Consultant at Student Health Services. She has been a practicing Registered Dietitian for almost 10 years and has experience with many areas of nutrition including pediatrics, metabolic disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and general healthy eating. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s in Nutrition from Columbia University. After living and working in New York City, she has returned to Northeastern PA where she lives with her husband and son. In her free time she enjoys baking, playing golf and exploring the area with friends and family.
