Important Dates

Fall Semester 2009

7/16/09
Last day to register and receive a bill.
7/17/09 
Payment must now accompany registration form.Last day to set up on-line monthly payment plan with 20% down payment & 4 remaining  monthly payments.
8/03/09
Fall Semester 2009 Due Date for students who received a bill.
8/07/09
Last day to set up on-line monthly payment plan with 25% down payment & 3 remaining monthly payments.
8/28/09
A $30.00 Late Fee will be charged on registrations received on or after this date.
8/31/09
Fall Semester 2009 begins.
9/08/09
Last day to register/add classes. Last day to drop courses & receive 100% refund/cancellation of tuition and course fees for students charged per credit or block tuition students who withdraw from all classes.    Room cancelled except for $300 fee; board charges are prorated. Last day for part-time students to change status to full-time.  Students will then be charged   block tuition if registered for 12 - 18 credits, and $575.00 per credit for any credits over 18

80% Refund/Cancellation period begins.  No room charges cancelled.

Last day to drop courses & receive 80% refund/cancellation of tuition and course fees for students charged per credit or block tuition students who withdraw from all classes.  Students owe 20% of charges.
9/11/09
Last day to set up on-line monthly payment plan with 50% down payment & 2 remaining monthly payments.

65% Refund/Cancellation period begins.

Last day to drop courses & receive 65% refund/cancellation of tuition and course fees for students charged per credit or block tuition students who withdraw from all classes. Students owe 35% of charges.

9/23/09

9/29/09

50% Refund/Cancellation period begins.

Last day to drop courses & receive 50% refund/cancellation of tuition and course fees for students charged per credit or block tuition students who withdraw from all classes. Students owe 50% of charges.
9/30/09  

Any courses dropped today receive no refund/cancellation of tuition and course fees.  Students owe 100% of charges.

UNEARNED FINANCIAL AID:  Financial aid received by students who withdraw may also be adjusted.  In accordance with current federal regulations, those students who receive federal financial aid and who withdraw from the University during the first 60% of a semester will have their federal financial aid adjusted based on the percent of the semester completed prior to withdrawal.  A detailed explanation of the federal policy and withdrawal/refund dates are available from the Cashier's Office.

 

Spring Semester 2010
