09/15/20 - Last day to drop courses & receive 65% refund/cancellation of tuition and course fees for students charged per credit or block tuition students who withdraw from all classes.  Students owe 35% of charges.

Last day to waive out of the student Health Insurance via the “Student Services” link on the Marywood homepage, www.marywood.edu.  Click on “Student Health Plan” to bring you to the Insurance site; then click on “Online Waiver” to complete the process.

09/16/20 to 09/22/20

09/16/20 - 50% Refund/Cancellation period begins.


09/22/20 - Last day to drop courses & receive 50% refund/cancellation of tuition and course fees for students charged per credit or block tuition students who withdraw from all classes.  Students owe 50% of charges.

Any courses dropped today receive no refund/cancellation of tuition and course fees.  Students owe 100% of charges.

UNEARNED FINANCIAL AID:  Financial aid received by students who withdraw may also be adjusted.  In accordance with current federal regulations, those students who receive federal financial aid and who withdraw from the University during the first 60% of a semester will have their federal financial aid adjusted based on the percent of the semester completed prior to withdrawal.  A detailed explanation of the federal policy and withdrawal/refund dates are available from the Cashier's Office.  Non-attendance or non-payment does not constitute notification of withdrawal.  Please consult the Registrar’s Office guidelines for notifications of withdrawals.
