Full payment may be made by the semester due date or at registration by mail, in person, or on-line through the Official Payments option . Students may defer payment of that portion of their semester's expenses that will be covered by approved financial aid awards, such as Federal Pell Grants, Federal S.E.O.G., Federal Perkins Loans, Marywood scholarships and grants, PHEAA Grants, other state grants, and any misc. scholarships.
The Official Payments system allows for electronic payments from a personal checking or savings account or credit card. (PLEASE NOTE: Credit card usage is limited to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There will be a service fee of 2.75% added to each credit card payment when using this service. This fee is not associated with or passed on to Marywood University.)
Payment application will be unavailable due to upcoming maintenance from 1:30 am EST - 6:00 am EST on the following dates:
- July 16, 2013
- July 23, 2013
Students who cannot borrow through the Direct Loan Program or who need to supplement their financial aid package, may be able to borrow through one of the many alternative loan programs. Alternative loan sources can be found on the Financial Aid page on Marywood University's website.
Students may defer payment of tuition if they complete an Application for Employer Deferment of Tuition Payment, signed by the student's employer. Students are required to pay all fees and any portion of tuition not covered by their employer by the payment due date or at registration. Applications may be obtained from the Cashier's Office.
Marywood University will no longer accept direct credit card payments for tuition, fees, room and board. Credit card payments may be made through the Official Payments system.
