Minors

Construction Management

The Minor in Construction Management requires six courses (18 credits of coursework) in the Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (BSCM). Four courses (12-credits) are required – CM 120, CM 210, CM 220, CM 310 –and must be taken in sequence. Two courses (6-credits) may be selected from the remaining, required courses in the BSCM curriculum – BUS 123, BUS 131, BUS 252, CM 320, CM 321, CM 410, CM 411, CM 420, ECON 100, ENVS 216 –and may be taken concurrently with the four required courses. One exception is CM 421 (CM Capstone), which is not available to non-majors.
