Office of Institutional Equity & Inclusion

Office of Equity and Inclusion

The Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) values the educational experiences of all students, faculty, and staff at Marywood University. We are committed to providing a safe environment free from bias, harassment, and discrimination. The office strives toward inclusive excellence by providing educational programs and training, advancing recruitment initiatives, and engaging the community in topics about race, discrimination, and social justice.

Title IX and Discrimination complaints are handed by OEI. Campus community members are obligated to report incidents of discrimination to the Title IX Coordinator.
