Brooke J. Cannon, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with specialization in clinical neuropsychology. Her publications and presentations focus primarily on neuropsychology, brain dysfunction, and assessment, but also include the portrayal of psychology in film. Since 1999, Dr. Cannon has maintained the psychmovies.com website, a resource used internationally by psychology instructors and students. She serves as a site visitor for the American Psychological Association's Commission on Accreditation and was the first Director of Clinical Training for the Psy.D. program (2001-2009), resuming this position in 2017. Along with Dr. Phillips, she is a faculty advisor for the student-faculty group UPSIDE (Underrepresented Psychology Student Inclusion, Development, and Empowerment).
