MARYWOOD UNIVERSITY RECEIVES GRANT TO INCREASE NURSING FACULTY SCRANTON, PA-May 5, 2008. Marywood University will increase the number of future nurses that it prepares to enter the northeastern Pennsylvania workforce, thanks to a $50,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Higher Education Foundation (PHEF) and its Nurse Faculty Lines Program.
