Conference Services:
- Dining
- Marywood University's Dining Services can meet all of your dining and food requirements needs through their wide selection of breaks, buffets, and served meals. Scheduling of these services must be coordinated through the Office of Conference and Event Marketing. Detailed menus and food services information for all conferences and on-campus catering are available upon request. For groups under 60 persons, two weeks' notice is minimum; for larger groups, at least three weeks' notice is required. - Marywood University's Informational Technological Services (Media) provides audiovisual, graphic, photographic, computer graphic, video, and multi-image materials, instructional workshops, and equipment services for Marywood's Conferencing Program. Because modern instructional technology has significant potential to enhance the teaching/learning environment, Marywood's Informational Technological Services is solely dedicated to support the Marywood Mission of the institution. Committed to a tradition of hospitable and professional service, Informational Technological Services provides the leadership, expertise, and resources required to create a learning environment to meet the needs of students in the Information Age. - Housing
- Marywood University, through the Office of Housing and Residence Life, offers a diverse range of attractive residence facility options for conference guests. All residence facilities are conveniently located on campus and are available for reservations for conference attendees, from late May through August 15. Housing accommodations can be either single or double in the following forms: apartment style, suites (with private baths) or dormitory (with communal baths) and can accommodate up to 500 guests in these various styles. To reserve summer accommodations please contact the Office of Conference and Event Marketing to determine availability and pricing.
