Regina Hall is a traditional residence hall. It houses undergradute and graduate women and men. Rooms are mostly suites; two rooms connected to one bathroom. Each floor has a community lounge, a kitchenette, and a quite study lounge. The second floor also has a large lounge with a TV, fireplace and plenty of comfortable furniture. Laundry facilities and more lounges are located in the basement level. The first floor of Regina Hall
houses Liguori Center.

Originally named O'Reilly Hall, this was the first student residence built at Marywood in the late 1920's. After the Motherhouse was destroyed by fire in 1971, the area that had once been the formal dining room was converted for use as a chapel.
