- Laundry room and a vending area on each floor.
- "Media Room" style specialty lounge complete with threatre style seeting, Boose sound system, a drop down screen, projection TV, DVD and VCR capabilities.
- "Emeril Style" Kitchen specialty lounge with long tables, an island, refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave and complete set of appliances.
- Two plasma TV's.
