Cyclical Review of Policies
Policy Statement
Each policy is assigned a cycle in terms of years from approval or
last review. The ordinary cycle is five years.
Procedures
When time for review nears, the Secretary of the University
notifies the cognizant vice president, or the President of the
University as the case may be.
A reply to the Secretary of the University states that the policy is still
accurate and practical as it is or that it will be reviewed for
possible revision or repeal.
