Faculty Definition

Policy Statement

The faculty of the University consists of full-time, pro rata, and per course personnel engaged in teaching and/or librarianship, research, scholarship and service. Faculty members are appointed by the President of the University. Full-time faculty members are promoted and/or granted tenure by the President of the University in accordance with the requirements set forth in the policies of the University.
