Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens

Policy Statement

Marywood University has developed an Exposure Control Plan in compliance with OSHA Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, Final Rule, Standard 29 CFR Part 1910.1030. This plan details the steps taken by the University to protect employees from occupational exposure to the HIV virus and the Hepatitis B virus.
