Departmental orders

Each academic department or program has a representative to the library who is responsible for managing library orders for the department. These faculty members work with their colleagues and with the library staff to acquire library resources for teaching and research. Since policies and procedures for requesting library materials vary from department to department, you should contact your department's library representative about these procedures for your subject area.

Whom to contact at the Library

Each academic department or interdisciplinary program has a liaison on the Library staff. The library liaisons will work with you to develop Marywood's collections in your subject area.

If you have any questions about the process for requesting books, standing orders or regarding specific orders, please contact Carol Tome, Collection Management librarian for Print, at 348-6267, or e-mail at tome@ac.marywood.edu.

For media items, please contact Sr.Gilmary Speirs, Collection Management librarian for Non-Print at 348-6266, or email at speirs@ac.marywood.edu

For questions about subscriptions, standing orders, the library's periodical and serial holdings, please contact Michelle Sitko, Coordinator of Collection Management at 340-6034, or email at sitko@ac.marywood.edu
