Chartwells at Marywood University Dining Services is pleased to present to you our Catering Guide. For your convenience, we have put together frequently requested and popular menus. Please realize that these menu items are just a sampling of what we can offer and we are more than happy to work with you to develop a catering menu specifically designed to meet your needs.
In order to assist you in organizing your functions, we would like to provide you with the following information, which should answer most of the commonly asked questions. Catering Services is more than happy to work with you to cater your event no matter where it is on campus. Please just let us know when and where you would like to hold the event; however you will need to make your room reservations on your own. In addition, please let us know how you would like the room set up and we will be happy to set the room to your specifications.
Free delivery on campus for any event scheduled in advance with a minimum order of twenty-five dollars. Orders less than $25 will require a $10 delivery charge.
The primary purpose of the Catering Department at Marywood University is to provide outstanding catering services for the Marywood University campus. If requested, we will be more than happy to work with you if you would like to hold your catered event off campus. Please contact Dana Perraglia at 570-348-6241 x 2618 for more information.
Services may be paid by cash, check or providing your Marywood University Budget or Account Number.
Catering Services is more than happy to work with you to help plan and decorate for your function and is committed to do whatever it takes to make your event absolutely perfect.
In the event your group will be arriving later than scheduled, please notify the Catering Services at ext. 2442 as soon as possible. All cancellations of food service should be made no less than 24 hours prior to your event. If you have not canceled or do no arrive for the event you will be billed 90% of your final count.
All buffet and plated meals include adequate wait staff. Should you desire additional servers, or for an event that attendants are not assigned, you will be billed $10 per hour per server. Chefs/Bartenders are available for $15 per hour, minimum 4 hours.
As a standard, all catering orders are set-up with china service. Scrollware disposable service is also available. If disposable is requested, the price of your menu selection will be reduced by $1.50 per person.
Basic linen service will be provided for all catering events. Any specialty linens or colors must be requested in advance. If additional linen is needed for registration or skirted display tables, you will be billed $10 per table. Colored linens are also available. Please call for details.
