Through
membership in the International Club at Marywood, international students experience a
strong support system with many social activities
that introduce them to the fun side of studying in
the United States. Activities planned for this
academic year include a fall foliage hike, bowling,
a trip to Philadelphia, a Halloween haunted
hayride, Christmas shopping in New York City, skiing,
and ice skating. This is a great place to learn
English!

Cost
of the Trips
Some
trips and events are provided free of charge to IEP
students (parties, visits to parks, picnics, etc.)
Day trips may include free transportation, but
students usually pay the cost of admission to
events and meals. Free transportation may
also be included for weekend trips, but students
are responsible for the cost of lodging, food, and
admission to any events. Every effort is made
to keep costs as low as possible by staying at youth hostels or affordable hotels. |
