Wellness Lunch and Learn
To celebrate National Nutrition Month in March, Jill Troiano RD, Resident Dietitian with Chartwells, will present The Basics of Gluten Free and Celiac Disease: What’s It All About?
Jill will discuss the risks of developing Celiac Disease, whether gluten free diets can help with weight loss, and whether gluten free foods are good for you, Monday, March 24 at 12:00 noon
in the upper main dining room (small side), Nazareth Student Center.
Wellness 1-2-3: Computer Lab Session Offered
For employees who may need assistance completing the online Health Assessment (one of the activities for the Wellness 1-2-3 program), we have reserved Room 207 in the Center for Healthy Families on Tuesday, March 4 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Kathy Uhranowsky, Lab Manager, will be on hand to assist employees and answer questions about the Health Assessment. Please RSVP to Human Resources, ext. 6220.
As a reminder, if you are interested in participating in the Wellness 1-2-3 program this year, the deadline to complete the activities and qualify for the incentives is: May 5, 2014.
