Madonna Hall, which first opened in January 1964, is a co-ed residence that houses upperclass students. Newly renovated in 2007, Madonna Hall offers:
- Suite Style double rooms with shared bathrooms.
- Deluxe suites with living room, bathroom and two bedrooms that hold 2 students a piece.
- Wireless study lounges and community lounges on every floor.
- Laundry room and a vending area on each floor.
- "Media Room" style specialty lounge complete with theatre style seating, Bose sound system, a drop down screen, projection TV, DVD and VCR capabilities.
- "Emeril Style" Kitchen specialty lounge with long tables, an island, refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave and complete set of appliances.
- Two plasma TV's.
