The Marywood Student Veteran Alliance and the Office of Military and Veterans Services would like to extend an invitation to all Marywood faculty, staff, and students for our Veterans Day Celebration on Tuesday, November 11th, 2014. The ceremony will begin at 10:00am outside the Veterans Resource Center, and our Flags for the Fallen display will be in the PAC field this year. For this event we would like to provide an opportunity for the Marywood community to honor any friend or family member that they have lost in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation New Dawn at our Flags for the Fallen display. At the conclusion of the ceremony we will provide a flag for you to place in the ground to represent that service member. If you have a loved one that you would like to especially honor, please respond via email no later than Wednesday, October 29th with the service member's rank, name, branch of service, and their relationship to you, i.e. son, daughter, friend, etc...Please email sva@m.marywood.edu
