STAFF
The Office of Computer Training and User Support employs a highly competent, well-educated and experienced, and very personable full-time staff of three. Each person is eager to help meet your computing needs and offer their ongoing support. Kay McClintock is the Coordinator of Computer Training and User Support. She is assisted by Karen Boland, also a trainer. Mark Pitely serves as the first line of defense Help Desk Assistant. Kay and Karen maintain offices on the third floor of the Learning Resources Center during the hours of 8:30 AM to 5 PM. You can find Mark in the Visual Arts Center, Room 120.
The full-time staff is aided by a very able part-time staff which includes a statistician, five evening/weekend support staff, and numerous lab assistants. These people can be found both seasonally (lab assistants) and year-round (evening/weekend staff) in the various computer lab facilities across campus.
Lastly, students employed by the University's Work Study Program are also available to lend their support. These well-trained students work out of the department offices in the Learning Resources Center.
