The Office of Disability Services serves as a liaison between the student, faculty, and various University departments.
Students with disabilities are eligible for reasonable accommodations per Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the ADA of 1990 as amended by the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. Accommodations provide an equal opportunity for students to obtain the same level of achievement as their non-disabled peers while maintaining the standards of excellence at Marywood University.
Individualized support, advising, advocacy, and accommodations are available to every qualified student. The Office of Disability Services also works with students to develop effective time management and study skills in pursuit of academic and personal achievement.
