Off-campus communications are handled through the Marketing and Communications Office, including the publication of information regarding University activities and personnel, catalogs, brochures, campus community news, and advertising. The Public Relations Director manages news releases and public service announcements, paid advertisements, and photography scheduling, as deemed appropriate for promotional use, on behalf of the University. Accurate information should be provided at least three weeks in advance of the event, and requests for publicity may be submitted through a “Request Publicity” online form on the Marketing and Communications website, www.marywood.edu/marketing. While publicity cannot be guaranteed in any situation, the timely submission of materials will maximize the Marketing and Communications Office’s efforts to help promote events or information.
