Campus Ministry serves the mission of the University by promoting a faith community among faculty, staff, and students, and by encouraging spiritual development through liturgy, prayer, retreats, discussions on social and moral issues, pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, community service, national and international service trips and social justice activities. Under the direction of the Campus Ministry team students develop leadership skills as they coordinate and facilitate Campus Ministry programs.
The Swartz Center for Spiritual Life houses the Campus Ministry offices, the Office of Service- Learning and Community Service, and the Marian Chapel, where daily and weekend Masses are celebrated (Monday through Friday, 12:05 p.m.; and Sunday, 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., during regular semesters, excluding breaks). A calendar of events and descriptions of the programs can be found at www.marywood.edu/campmin
