A Minor in Science for Nutrition and Dietetics Majors are to take a minimum of 18 credits. Required courses are:

Anatomy and Physiology I and II (BIOL 121 and 122) - 6 credits

Organic Chemistry (CHEM 210) - 3 credits

Molecular Microbiology (BIOL 233 and 233 Lab) - 3 credits

Introduction to Biochemistry (CHEM 310) - 3 credits

The Nutrition and Dietetics student must also take 1 additional Science three credit course offered for science majors.
