Post Award Grant and Contract Management

A vital function of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs is to assist the faculty in the fiscal management of grant and contract accounts. All faculty serving as Principal Investigators on sponsored projects, both internally and externally funded, are encouraged to work with one of our Grant Specialists, Stephanie LaFave at slafave@marywood.edu, or Ryan Houser at rhouser@maryu.marywood.edu during the post award process.

We will make every effort to assist the Principal Investigator with budgets, hiring staff, time-effort forms, and reporting. If you are having trouble with a project or discover any mistakes or questionable items on your budget, contact our Grant Specialist for assistance. This is one of the most important activities in managing your account, and probably the best way you, Principal Investigators, can help us assist you in solving any problems. By utilizing account information in this way, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs can make greater use of time to trouble-shoot any problems with your accounts.
