You may visit the Registrar's Office, in person, and submit a signed request for your Student Identification Number and/or your PIN. This request must be accompanied by a photo source of identification (your drivers license, Marywood ID card, etc.)
If you have access to a fax machine, you may fax us your signed request for Student Identification Number and/or your PIN, accompanied by your photo identification. Our fax number is (570) 961-4758. We will then return fax or mail your PIN information to you, whichever you prefer.
You may mail us your signed request, accompanied by your photo identification source to:
Registrar's Office

If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Academic Records at: (570) 348-6280.
You can now set up a reminder on the Student Information System to obtain your PIN in the event you cannot remember the number. You will have to initially submit your Student Identification Number and PIN to set up the reminder, which you can access from the PIN Reminder Screen of the online Registration System. You will be prompted to enter your Student Identification Number, PIN, category of reminder, response to the reminder category, and your email address. Once this information has been processed, you can submit your Student Identification Number, reminder, and response to the system and your PIN will be sent to the email address you have provided. Be sure to remember the category and response (case sensitive) you choose. You will need this information to request your PIN again!
