Undergraduate Students

  1. Use your MarywoodYOU portal to review your academic profile information prior to meeting with your academic advisor. A link for Program Evaluation is available in the Academic Profile section of your student portal. This gives you the ability to audit your progress toward degree completion. If you receive an error message in running the evaluation, report the problem in writing to Academic Records so that we can work with your academic department to determine the issue. In the interim, you should review your completed coursework under the transcript option in the Academic Profile. Your academic advisor will work with you to assure that you are making appropriate progress toward graduation and answer questions you may hae regarding fulfillment of degree requirements. If you feel that there is any inconsistency in the courses or credits which you see in your online academic transcript, please report it to Academic Records in writing so that we may verify your information. 

  2. Make an appointment with your advisor who will help you arrange a "first choice" schedule and sign your registration form or release you to register via the MarywoodYOU portal. 

  3. Write the number of credits you plan to take in the box marked "Total."

  4. With your advisor, select alternate courses. Write them in the spaces provided and have your advisor sign for them.

  5. Double check the designations for department, course number, and section. All information must be accurate on your form in order to be entered if you bring your registration to Academic Records, LAC 90.

  6. See the Dean of your College, if you need to, regarding permission to register for more than 18 credits.

  7. Consult the chart below to determine when registration begins via the MarywoodYOU portal or at Academic Records, LAC 90. All financial obligations must be met before you register. Contact the Cashier's Office with questions pertaining to your financial status at (570) 348-6212.

  8. When your registration has been processed, you may print a copy of your schedule through your MarywoodYOU student portal account.

The free add/drop period is from April 3rd to April 11th; after that date schedule changes made at Academic Records are $10.00. Schedule changes made via the MarywoodYOU portal are free of charge.
