The Master of Public administration (MPA) is a professional academic degree that addresses issues of public affairs and administration on local, regional, national and international levels. The program is an exclusive online graduate degree with all classes offered through Moodle. Students can participate in the program from the comfort of their home and each session is open for the entire week in order for students to participate without specific date/time restrictions.

The MPA examines public policy and administration within theoretical and environmental context while developing skills needed for operational management of government and nonprofit organizations. The program follows the guidelines set forth by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA) for its curriculum and designed for in-career and pre-career students in order to become proficient in identifying important public issues, analyzing qualitative and quantitative information, communicating findings, and applying ethical solutions to complex problems.

The program offers three specializations: a General Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Homeland Security and Disaster Management. 

The MPA also offers a dual-degree program with the Master of Social Work as well as a Joint-Degree with the PhD program in Administration and Leadership.
