This five-year degree combines two areas of expertise: finance and information systems. As part of this integrated program, you’ll study a range of topics – from portfolio theory and capital markets, to financial planning and management, to systems analysis and design.
You’ll gain hands-on, practical experience as well – as a financial analyst with the Pacer Investment Fund, Marywood’s student-managed portfolio, where in our on-campus trading room you’ll use the latest financial research software and equipment, including a real-time stock ticker. Upon completion of the program, you’ll be able to take advantage of close faculty connections with local IT and financial services firms, as you set out uniquely prepared into this fast-paced and growing field.
