International Business Ethics Case Competition
Loews Ventana Canyon
Dr. Sarah Kenehan from the Philosophy Department and Dr. Murray Pyle from the Business Department took 7 students to the International Business Ethics Case Competition in Tuscon, Arizona, in May 2014. The teams were judged according to the presentation and analysis of an ethical problem. There were three different competitions: a 30 minute presentation (full team), a 10 minute presentation (two team members), and a 90 second presentation (one team member). Marywood students took second place in each competition!
The 7 students were: Chloe Karnick, Ellen Clauss, Grace Morrissey, Donald Sklanka, Alexander Fallek, Michael Meehan, and Jessica Duffy. Their presentation at each competition was to develop and then analyze a case addressing whether a natural gas drilling company should enter the Pennsylvania market.
Congratulations Marywood Students!
